    Lorenzo is dedicated to his profession, to his restaurante, to his city. He takes food very seriously and you can feel it when you see the plates in front of you. If you don't trust me, just have a chat with him from his kitchen ! Or better, just try the risotto and/or the beef and/or the scallops and/or the shrimps... or whatever, it's all awesome... and cheap considering what you'll be eating. The same thing in Quebec or Montreal would not be affordable to everyone. Worth a visit to Thetford-Mines.
